This category has been created to highlight the importance of successful use of bilingualism to an
organisation. The judges will consider whether the Business has clearly defined a commercial need for bilingualism, action has been taken to source solutions and the solution has been implemented. The business must evidence monitored and measured benefits from its use of the Welsh Language and further uses of the Welsh Language have been identified in future plans. Most importantly, the business represents a good example for others.
