awards aim to promote the role women have in the workplace and
in every sector of society. It is vitally important
awards scheme, which not only raises awareness, but also
reflects and reinforces the changing role of women over the
last fifteen years by celebrating their achievements and the
value of their contributions to the stability of Wales. |
