• Can anyone enter?

  Yes!  And you don't have to have Welsh roots.  These awards are open to every woman living and working in Wales regardless of age, profession or ethnic group.

• How do I enter?
  
  You can enter yourself into the Awards, or you can nominate someone else. Complete and return the request form for further details, ring us for more details on 029 2066 8357 to obtain an entry pack or download a pack from this website.

• How will categories be judged?
  
  A panel of judges choose three finalists from each of the categories. As a finalist, you will be required to attend a meeting with the judging panel of the category you have entered.

• When will the awards be presented?
  
  The category winners will be announced on Friday 21st November, 2008 at Cardiff International Arena.  The category winners will be followed by the announcement of the title holder of The Western Mail Welsh Woman of the Year 2008.

• How do I get tickets for the gala dinner?
  
  Additional seats for finalist’s guests to attend the dinner will be available.  Tickets are also available for other groups and organisations who would like to attend this celebration.
